ร้านอาหารกึ่งโรงเบียร์ขนาดเล็ก(Micro brewery) โดย สิงห์คอปอเรชั่น ผู้ผลิตแอลกอฮอล์รายใหญ่ของเมืองไทย ร้าน EST. 33 สาขาแห่งแรกที่คริสตัลดีไซน์ Trimode Studio รับผิดชอบการออกแบบตั้งแต่คอนเซ็ปท์ของร้าน กราฟิกบนเมนู ไปจนถึง ดีไซน์ภาพรวมทั้งหมด สร้างประสบการณ์รูปแบบใหม่ด้วยแนวคิด ‘Edutainment’ โดยการจำลองบรรยากาศของโรงกลั่นเบียร์ มาใช้ในการตกแต่งอินทีเรียร์ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้เรียนรู้ถึงกระบวนการผลิตเบียร์ตั้งแต่ต้นจนถึงแก้วที่นำมาเสริฟ

The first restaurant-cum-microbrewery by Singha Corporation, a leading alcohol beverage producer in Thailand, is located at Crystal Design Center. Trimode Studio was responsible for designing the restaurant’s concept, graphics on the menu, and the overall interior design. Under the concept of ‘Edutainment’, the restaurant offers a new dining experience with the brewery’s atmosphere interior which encourages clients to learn about the beer manufacturing process, from brewing to the bottle.
